Move by MouseTrap is a high-intensity fitness program that brings the heart of our Orlando-based gym into your garage, living room, hotel gym—or wherever you train.


It’s the online evolution of our in-gym Move classes at MouseTrap Fitness, now delivered daily and digitally. The workouts are smart, scalable, and structured to help you build strength, sweat with purpose, and stay consistent no matter your environment.
