Move - High Intensity Interval Class

Whether you are new to fitness or it’s just been a while, MOVE offers a fun, 45 minute bootcamp style class designed for all fitness levels.  Through cardio training, bodyweight exercises, and light-weight movements, the MOVE program is designed to help you get the body you want, burn fat, promote muscle endurance, and develop a high level of aerobic conditioning.


Personal Training

Personal training offers interactive, one-on-one sessions administered by our coaching staff. An individually designed program can include any combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and weight management to achieve your desired fitness goals. Our professional team will provide motivation, guidance and hands-on assistance to create a program specific to your needs.
