We have two pathways to enter our classes:
New to CrossFit - No worries! For beginners, we offer 4 x 60 minute personal training sessions during your first month of classes to help you and our coaches understand your strengths, weaknesses and the expectations of our group classes. This allows you to be as safe, confident and effective when in our group classes. You will have the option to choose fundamentals with or without nutrition coaching added on, and if you want to continue your personal training or nutrition coaching after your fundamentals in addition to your group class membership that is always an option! Click here to schedule your free week, and you will sign up for your Fundamentals with your primary coach at the end of that week.
You’ve been doing CrossFit or varsity level collegiate or professional athletics for at least 3-6 months, and you have experience with the olympic lifts? AWESOME. You may move directly into our group classes. Click here to schedule your free week, and you will discuss your membership options with your primary coach after your free week. You may also sign up for custom nutrition coaching, InBody Body Composition scans or personal training if you would like to!
